Dan O. Callaghan (Of Counsel) graduated from Richwood High School in 1953 and from The University of Virginia in 1957 (Undergraduate) and The University of Virginia School of Law in 1962. Dan is a past president of the West Virginia State Bar, West Virginia Delegate to the American Bar Association, member of American Board of Trial Advocates, American College of Trial Lawyers and has been admitted before the United States Supreme Court.
Currently, Dan is of counsel and
practices solely in the area of mediation. He enjoys traveling, rose
gardening and "grand-parenting." |

Stephen O. (Steve) Callaghan was born and raised in Richwood, West Virginia - graduated from Richwood
High School in 1984 and West Virginia University in 1988. Steve attended The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and graduated
in 1994 when he joined the firm. Steve is a member of the American Bar Association and The West Virginia State Bar.
He concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury, Business Corporations and Litigation, Real Estate, Natural Resource and Energy Law with primary emphasis on legal issues related to the
acquisition of mineral estates and development of natural resources.
Steve enjoys playing bluegrass guitar, mountain biking and skiing.

Julia Callaghan is a graduate of Richmond High School located in Richmond, Indiana. She
attended Tri-State University in Angola Indiana and received scholarships in
volleyball and softball. She graduated from The Thomas M. Cooley Law
School in 1994 and has been practicing with the firm since that time.
Julia is a member of the American
Bar Association and The West Virginia State Bar.

 | Keith W. McMillion was raised in Canvas, Nicholas County, West Virginia
and graduated from Nicholas County High School in 1979. Keith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Adminstration, cum laude
from West Virginia University in 1983. He pursued the study of law at the C. Blake McDowell School of Law at the University of Akron in Ohio where
he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986.
After graduation, Keith returned to his home town of Summersville and engaged in the practice of general civil law while serving as Assistant
Prosecuting Attorney for Nicholas County. In 1996 and 2000, Keith was elected as the Prosecuting Attorney for Nicholas County and served the
citizens of Nicholas County for two consecutive four-year terms.
Keith concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate, Natural Resource and Energy Law with primary emphasis on legal issues related to the
acquisition of mineral estates and development of natural resources. His practice also focuses on Family Law, Estate Planning and Administration,
Commercial Transactions, and representation of Governmental Entities.
Keith also represents his clients in civil litigation related to the above areas of his practice. He is admitted to practice law before the
Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He is a former
member of the National District Attorney's Association and a member of the West Virginia State Bar.
Keith is also a member of the Deer Creek Wildlife Club and enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoor activites with his son, Blake.

Brad Dorsey was raised in Pool, WV and graduated from Nicholas County High School in 1995. He currently resides in Summersville with his wife,
Melissa and three children, Julia, Camille and Elliot.
Brad’s practice focuses on real estate law and includes assisting clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including those
involving mineral rights, title work, tax sales, curative actions and leases. His practice also centers on Family Law, Personal Injury/Workplace Injury
and Mediation. In addition, Brad is a Deputy Mental Hygiene Commissioner for Nicholas County and he has recently been appointed to serve on the CJA
Panel for United States District Court of the Southern District of West Virginia.
Brad has been admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, United States District Court of the Southern District
of West Virginia and the United States Tax Court.
Brad graduated from Bluefield State College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a pre-law concentration. He received
his Juris Doctor from The West Virginia University College of Law in 2004. At WVU, Brad served on the West Virginia Law Review and received
the award for Best Student Work in 2004 for his article, "The Good, the Bad and the Ambiguous: Recent Developments in West Virginia's Class
Action Jurisprudence" W. Va. L. Rev. 261 (2004).
Brad serves on the Board of Directors for Summersville Regional Medical Center and the Summersville Public Library.
He is also a Trustee at Summersville Baptist Church, where he is involved in several youth ministry programs.
