DAN O. CALLAGHAN (Of Counsel) graduated form Richwood High School in 1953 and from The University of Virginia in 1957 (Undergraduate) and The University of Virginia School of Law in 1962.  Dan is a past president of the West Virginia State Bar, West Virginia Delegate to the American Bar Association, member of American Board of Trial Advocates, American College of Trial Lawyers and has been admitted before the United States Supreme Court.

     Currently, Dan is of counsel and practices solely in the area of mediation.  He enjoys traveling, rose gardening and "grand-parenting."

     Stephen O. (Steve) Callaghan was born and raised in Richwood, West Virginia - graduated from Richwood High School in 1984 and West Virginia University in 1988.  Steve attended The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and graduated in 1994 when he joined the firm.  Steve is a member of the American Bar Association and  The West Virginia State Bar.

     He concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Business Corporations and Litigation.

     Steve enjoys playing Bluegrass Guitar, Mountain Biking and skiing.
